Training Incentive(s)

We know that hiring tech talent is expensive. On September 30th, 2021 Lt. Governor Husted launched Ohio’s new “TechCred” program to assist employers with the expense of training new and existing employees. TechCred helps Ohioans learn new skills and assist employers with building a stronger workforce with the skills needed in a technology-infused economy. Employers are eligible to be reimbursed up to $2,000 per credential!

The Equity Center offers a variety of TechCred eligible courses and credentials!

• SME Certified Manufacturing Associate (CmfgA)
• CompTIA Network+
• Google Cybersecurity
